Curriculum updated yearly.
Pre-school programs in both Irwin and Manilla.
High school students assist students as peer helpers.
Special education services available to meet all needs.
Integrated curriculum.
Students work in new computer labs.
Developmentally appropriate practices to meet needs of children who are 4-7 years old.
Parents and community people are used as resources and volunteers.
Fantastic Friday---K-1 students, peer helpers, and teachers spend one Friday per month doing several activities at different centers based upon a theme.
Field Trips; circus, zoo, farms, Manilla Manor, community businesses, Yellow Smoke, Shelby and Crawford County Hospitals.
Classroom guidance activities teach children social skills and how to get along with others.
